Initial bold scent of citrus with predominant aromas of grapefruit and lime. This wine opens up to unearth hints of grasses and minerals to soften the senses.

Palate:
This is a crisp, light bodied wine with a burst of grapefruit and lime on the mouth that "pops" on contact. The citrus palate follows through to a lingering finish.

Suggested Pairings:
White fish dishes w/ light sauces i.e. sole w/ lemon butter; shellfish w/ light butter sauce; unfilled pastas w/ light sauces i.e. pasta primavera; salads w/ vinaigrette; light chicken dishes i.e. lemon chicken; assorted fruits and mellow cheeses i.e. brie, swiss, mild goat cheese, etc.; can be drunk on it's own. Stay away from spicy or heavy dishes.
