Light red to deep pink tones

Nose:   
Burst of watermelon and strawberries dominate the nose. The wine opens up to scents of lilac and hints of spicy gumdrops.

Palate:  
Refreshing burst of Strawberries and Watermelon drench the palate. Mid palate reveals hints of lilac and spice and finally finishes with a voluptuous sweetness.

Suggested Pairings:
Drink alone with a slice of lime for a refreshing summer cooler. This wine can also be paired with light fruit desserts, light spicy Indian dishes or Thai food. Another great option is light fish sushi (not Ahi or Salmon).
